Mine are similar, they are in color and vaguely familiar but rarely make sense to the thinking mind. They don't follow a proper sequence. It's always been interesting to me those who have dreams that play out like a movie or a story in sequence, mine never do.
Ha! Yes she is amazing. She only objected to the part where she told me I was in trouble Mister! She would never really say that...ever ☺️She mostly just giggled and told me she loves my crazy 🤷🏻♂️
Highly recommend The Lazarus Project if you haven’t watched it -although the mind bending concept of time loops mashes the brain before bed. I have had a week of crazy dreams (usual when I quit alcohol for January) I’ve had a hedgehog in my salad spinner, a flying pink talking fluffy octopus and last night a succession of funerals, false eyelashes and Danish people putting raw fish on their couches then rolling in it! Maybe I need help!!🤣

It seems youth and technology...and quite possibly the female (Taylor Swift) are keeping your dream ego from getting free of some place...the ‘getmethefuckouttahere’ moment. The football game seems like shadow....I should be quarterback but somebody kept me from my full potential. Hence the ‘entitled’ feeling. I think it no coincidence that the starting quarterback is a woman. Again, this theme of a female that has impeded my full potential. Now, it’s imporant to remember dreams are often not objective...in that it’s literally a specific woman in real life that has somehow kept you from something. Although it could be. I sense in this dream that we may be dealing with a female in the unconscious keeping some affect from coming into consciousness or awareness. Could be a mother complex thing, a repressed rejection by a girl long ago or even your own anima (female counterpart in the psyche) showing you a subconscious block. I wonder if the addiction thing ‘tripping’ possibly cost you in relationship to females at some point.
That’s how I interpret it from a novice Jung point of view. Could just be a bunch of wild shit in your noodle from watching wierd ass series!!! 🥴😝

I am a huge Jack Reacher Fan Girl - I agree the series is not “the books”, however I refused to see the movie with Tom Cruise - he in no way, shape or form Jack Reacher!! I could not watch that because he is NOT REACHER! I have read about the same number of the books - this may not the best at being as good as the book, he is so much more than Tom Cruise (can you tell I am NOT a TC fan?)
Before reading Reacher I read each and every Elvis Cole book. There may be newer ones but I have not been able to read the way I once did.
After losing Daddy I wanted to dream about him. In the many years since he died, I dreamt of him twice. Both times the dreams were saying the same thing. I was walking in a crowd and the harder I tried to get to Daddy, the further away I was from him. The second time he was in a place that was for a show of some sort. It was dark, very very dark. I was trying to find he but I barely missed seeing him.
Strange the things that enter our dreams. The meanings are often easy to figure out, but sometimes weird & you have no idea why Steven Tyler was sitting at the bar where I worked in CA, or why Sam Elliott wanted to moved in with me!!! 😂 Talk About MOVING ON!!
In many ways a dream can make us Feel better or worse, change how we feel about a person etc. I dreamt about a very good friend and I could oh not even look at them again.
Maybe it is the simple act of thinking of them, or remembering something that said or did.
