A forked road that led you to each other. Curious that when we go one way we often come to a convergence! Looking forward to sharing times with the both of you.

Oh, this is so incredibly touching and captivating. Completely heartfelt in every way. You two have a great sober relationship and marriage will be even more beautiful. The spirit of little Oreo will make sure of it! Happy wedding!

Dee, I read this twice, both times slowly. It is so heartfelt, so honest, so extraordinary. I am so happy for you and Ann as you begin this new adventure. As so grateful that Oreo was delivered to you just perfectly and did precisely what he needed to do.

Congratulations, Dee. I enjoyed your story about how you found β€œtrue love”. Sorry to hear about Oreo, but I’m certain that he was an important factor in your love for Ann….. and, Ann’s love for you. 65 years is a long time to be single, but not when you have to wait to find the perfect partner! Many people never find/marry the perfect person. Wishing you both many years of unconditional love together! That’s what Oreo would want! β€οΈπŸŽ‰

Dee! You should have a trigger warning on this thing! :)))

So moving. The story of Oreo . . . (In the off chance there is reincarnation, I want to come back as a loving, well-loved dog. They rule.)

There isn't a quality in a person I admire more than the ability dramatically to change one's life and as a person, for the better, because it is so rare. My father did it. Congratulations. Congratulations to you and Ann. Here's to you.

Beautiful wedding. Thanks for including Steph and I. I’ve been so lucky to have you as my β€œbig brother” and the true love of my life beside me for 33 years. Neither of you ever let me get off track without a solid challenge that always makes me think.

As Steph and I begin our second half of our life together, I truly hope we can spend more time with you and Ann. And our dogs 🐢

Oh, Dee...what an incredible journey...Your Oreo story still has me mopping my eyes...your openness and ability to share your love story is simply beautiful. Blessings to you both on your upcoming wedding. I DO hope we can see each other one of these days. I would love to get to know Ann and even though so much time has gone by, the dear friendship I feel toward you has never changed. We will be in Florida for Feb and March in case you guys are down that way visiting the Andys...and there is always Minocqua...open invitation. What a special time in your lives! ENJOY! xoxo
